While women have been making up an increasingly significant part of the world’s managerial and professional workforce, the perception remains that they have not been making critical and impactful connections with each other. PLOTT is a network advocating for change in this regard.

PLOTT was founded on November 25th, 2011  by two truly driven and dynamic women, Ms. Gillian Wall, Group CEO, IBB Global and Ms. Catherine Kumar, former CEO of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce. It’s our pleasure to share their stories with you.
